YWelcome to our restaurant, a taste journey that combines tradition and innovation!

I am a chef from Northwest China. With my love for hometown food and pursuit of culinary art, I came to the San Francisco Bay Area in the United States. This land of multicultural intersection has given me infinite inspiration and also given me the opportunity to bring traditional food from Northwest China here and give it a new life.

Northwest Chinese cuisine is known for its rustic flavor and unique sweet and sour taste. Hand-pulled noodles, fresh and fragrant roujiamo, classic mutton soup, these are the flavors I have been familiar with and loved since childhood. However, I am not satisfied with just copying tradition. I hope to reinterpret these classic dishes through innovative techniques, so that they can not only touch the taste buds, but also cross cultural boundaries and integrate into the aesthetics and tastes of Western tables.

Here, you will taste modified sweet and sour dishes - Northwest classics that combine Western elements, such as hand-pulled noodles with Italian-style sauces, or traditional vinegar seasoning added to Mediterranean-style salads. I hope that through such innovations, every customer will not only feel the taste of their hometown, but also experience the unique charm of the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures.

My mission is to be a chef who keeps exploring, combining heritage with innovation, and telling stories of the East and the West with food. I believe that food is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a cultural transmission.
